Objectives of the Course
To examine the political history of the Turkish states in the region and to provide bibliography facilities for researchers.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can give information about the states in the north of the Black Sea. PO-1 able to conceptualize historical events and phenomenons with scientific methods and techniques by expert appraisal.
PO-2 able to use use of interdisciplinary approaches during this study
PO-3 able to define the information acquired at the level of expertise, evaluate critically and analyze the information obtained.
PO-4 able to access to historical datas, interpret these datas and assess the reliability and validity of these datas.
Examination
LO-2 can give information about the Avar Khanate. PO-1 able to conceptualize historical events and phenomenons with scientific methods and techniques by expert appraisal.
PO-2 able to use use of interdisciplinary approaches during this study
PO-3 able to define the information acquired at the level of expertise, evaluate critically and analyze the information obtained.
PO-5 able to use national and universal values and assimilate these values.
