Course Contents
The need for project management, the characteristics, nature, and the process of project management. How to start and plan a project (Initiating a project, planning, developing, controlling, and finalizing a project. In addition, coverage, budget, time management, different planning approaches, cost-estimation techniques, team formation and team work will be covered in this course.
