Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students, as manager candidates, to understand how important the management approach, organizational structures, teamwork and team spirit are in the success of businesses, and to create the management and organizational skills infrastructure in them.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To be able to describe the terms of the science of management and organization. PO-21 have the ability to work with disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams; to be open to change and innovation, to be entrepreneur, to gain life-long learning; to have leadership qualities and to make analytical communication with managers and specialists in other fields.
Examination
LO-2 To be able to explain the classical, neoclassical, modern and post-modern currents thought in comparison with management. PO-21 have the ability to work with disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams; to be open to change and innovation, to be entrepreneur, to gain life-long learning; to have leadership qualities and to make analytical communication with managers and specialists in other fields.
Examination
LO-3 To be able to recognize theoretical and / or practical concepts of knowledge-based definitions of functions and the organization's bottom fogging on the of management (planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, monitoring).
