Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to teach the importance of water and irrigation, the irrigation scheduling of agro-crops, the methods to determine the irrigation time, the amount of water to applied an irrigation, the classification of irrigation systems, selection of irrigation system, soil-water-crop relations, drainage problems and causes on agricultural lands, the relationships between plant growth, yield and drainage and general subjects about drainage.
