Teach mushroom species cultured and collected fom nature, their production quantities, growing conditions, methods, problems during production, all of the production steps from composting. |

Isolation of spores from mushroom, obtaining of mycellium from spores, composting, sowing mycellium to compost, eceological conditions for mushroom production, cultural practices, harvesting, mushroom disease and pest, history of mushroom production, different production methods and mushroom biology. | ||
