Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to provide students with; to introduce the muscle cell, to enable him to understand the muscle contraction process, muscle fiber types and the changes that will occur according to the type of exercise, to comprehend the contraction types and their relationship with exercise, to understand the energy production ways, energy production in the exercise and recovery process, the circulatory system, respiratory system, blood, hormones, acute and to learn the changes in chronic exercise. |

LO-1 | To be able to understand the muscle cell, organelles and functions that form the basis of movement, to explain the process that enables contraction to take place. |
PO-8 Applies sports-specific techniques for physical educational applications. PO-16 Is willing to have a career in physical education teaching. PO-23 Have enough foreign language to follow foreign sources related to his / her field. PO-24 Uses Turkish correctly and effectively. Knows at least one foreign language in the field to follow the information and communicate with colleagues. |
