This course, it is aimed to transfer the basic swimming techniques theoretically and practically.

Course Description: Introduction, Purpose and Learning Goals: Getting used to water, gliding and breathing exercises Foot strike and breathing exercises Water gliding and foot kick Toe kick, breath and arm exercises in free swimming Free swimming and coordination exercises Free ascent technique and turning exercises Midterm Exam Free ascent technique and free swimming Backstroke kicking technique and arm training Backstroke kicking technique and arm training Backstroke technique and turning exercises Backstroke technique and turning exercises Backstroke swimming and turns Breaststroke swimming Breaststroke swimming drills
