Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to teach the general definitions and terms related to martial arts, traditional types of different cultures and geographies, modern branches, their effects on human health & development and possible risks theoretically. |

This course includes some titles such as general information about martial arts, martial arts in different nations and geographies, the relationship of martial arts with philosophy - music - art and faith, olympic & non-olympic martial arts, martial arts in armed forces, traditional weapons in martial arts, traditional clothes in martial arts, defense the effects of sports on child development, the effects of martial arts on human health, risks and precautions. | ||
