Objectives of the Course
To provide an understanding of exercise behavior and the theoretical framework used to change behavior, to examine the individual and environmental factors that affect exercise participation, to use this knowledge to increase physical activity, to examine the link between exercise and psychological well-being, and how exercise can be used to improve various aspects of psychological well-being.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can use the knowledge of psychological factors affecting exercise behavior. PO-1 Has got the ability to use the information of physical education and sport.
PO-12 Has got the ability to use information technologies effectively, and follows the advances of the era.

LO-2 Can use knowledge of behavioral modification theories related to physical activity. PO-13 Uses physical education teaching methods in different educational institutions.

LO-3 Explain and discuss the use of exercise in private groups. PO-1 Has got the ability to use the information of physical education and sport.
PO-2 Analyses and interprets the results of applications in the field of sports.
