Objectives of the Course |
To provide an understanding of exercise behavior and the theoretical framework used to change behavior, to examine the individual and environmental factors that affect exercise participation, to use this knowledge to increase physical activity, to examine the link between exercise and psychological well-being, and how exercise can be used to improve various aspects of psychological well-being. |
