Objectives of the Course
Relationship between social and cultural dimensions of physical education lesson and physical education, society and culture; To gain skills to develop and apply a critical perspective on body-culture-education interaction, social identity in physical education, gender, social class and equality, participation and socialization in sports, generational conflict, demography, and sports.

Course Contents
The basic concepts of sociology, the layers of the social structure and the relationship between them and the relationship between education, the relationship between sports and society and the sociological reasons that direct this relationship.
