Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to inform about quality systems applied in industry and service sector and to provide the ability to work as a quality control engineer.

LO-1 Understanding of basic definitions of quality, dimensions of quality, quality characteristics, design quality, quality of conformity. PO-5 Has the skills of developing and applying new and original ideas in system and process designs
