Course Contents | ||
Structure and functions of enzymes, general catalysis mechanisms and enzyme kinetics, enzyme activity units and general principles of activity measurements, classification and characteristic reactions of enzymes. Enzyme sources and criteria to be taken into consideration in selection, principles of enzyme production from microorganisms, enzyme extraction from various sources, isolation and formulation, application areas of enzymes and immobilized enzymes. | ||
