Urbanism concept, plan types and planning process. To be followed in making the development plan of research, design and implementation phases.Transportation systems, the relationship between development plans, planning policies, transportation models.A brief history of the development and application of zoning, the zoning definition, application forms and exceptions planning stages(Regional plans, landscaping plans, development plans (master plan, implementation plans, already plans), preparation of plans, enforcement,authorities objected, the objection period and the determination, the authority of the ministry of urban development plans, development programs, and constraints as expropriation,regulatory interest (DOP), land allocated to public facilities (broken), the places allocated for public services in development plans, easements, subdivision and unity, land and land regulation,preparation and registration of the subdivision plan, building permit, documents, director of the land registry and cadastre authority and responsibility, and penalties. | ||
