Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course is to examine the importance of hygiene and sanitation practices and to equip students with the knowledge they will use in business life, no matter what field they work in. |

LO-1 | Recognize the laboratory environment. Can use laboratory tools and equipment. Can understand the error in the test results. |
PO-3 Registers, prepares the test materials and tests under the supervision of responsible physicians. PO-6 Recognizes clinical examination, imaging devices and surgical instruments and supports the veterinarian during the safe use of these devices. PO-12 Recognizes and uses the scientific knowledge. |

This course covers the importance of hygiene and sanitation, the relationship between sanitation and microorganisms, sanitation applications in various food processing areas, disinfectants and disinfection methods, water hygiene, personnel hygiene, hygiene of enterprises, management of sanitation processes. | ||
