Objectives of the Course
To strengthen the muscles on the mat or with specially designed instruments, increase flexibility and improve the general health of the body, ensure mind-body integrity, strengthen the core of the body, increase balance-coordination, provide better recognition of the body and transfer its benefits to daily life.

What is Pilates, its history Pilates principles: breathing, concentration, control, centering, perfection, balanced muscle development, rhythm, whole body movement, relaxation Pilates movement principles: breathing, core activation, natural spine, abdominal strengthening, lumbopelvic stabilization, spine strengthening and mobilization, scapular stabilization and mobilization, correction of alignment, relaxing work, stretching. Conditions to be considered in Pilates training, risk factors
