| What is Pilates, its history Pilates principles: breathing, concentration, control, centering, perfection, balanced muscle development, rhythm, whole body movement, relaxation Pilates movement principles: breathing, core activation, natural spine, abdominal strengthening, lumbopelvic stabilization, spine strengthening and mobilization, scapular stabilization and mobilization, correction of alignment, relaxing work, stretching.
