Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to make applications by associating the courses in the curriculum with community services. It is the acquisition of basic knowledge and skills for the implementation of community service studies in schools. |

PO-1 Designs projects and activities related to the teaching profession by using the resources in the field. PO-3 Establishes a connection between Primary School Teaching and field disciplines. PO-7 Evaluates the subjects of the courses given within the framework of basic knowledge in the field of Primary School Teaching with their methods, techniques and features and transforms them into knowledge. PO-12 Independently carries out tasks that contribute to teamwork on a subject related to the field of Primary School Teaching. PO-19 Shares the problems in the field of Primary Education by solving them in accordance with the principles and stages of the scientific method. PO-24 Aware of the national and universal sensitivities expressed in the Turkish Republic Laws on Education. PO-29 Knowledgeable about the purpose, principle, vision, mission, structure and functioning of the Turkish Education System, classroom management approaches and concepts related to education. PO-35 Integrates its gains in the field of Primary School Teaching with intellectual and aesthetic practices. PO-39 Develops different perspectives on issues related to the field of classroom teaching, makes plans, implements and evaluates the results within the framework of quality. PO-44 Scans the resources related to classroom teaching, selects and uses the ones that are suitable for their ideals. PO-48 Combines the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills acquired in the field of Primary School Teaching and uses them in his/her professional life. |

The content of this course is the importance of community service practices, determining the target audience of community service practices, preparing projects for determining the current problems of the community and producing solutions, preparing projects for the determined target audiences and taking part in this project, participating in scientific activities as an audience, speaker or organizer, presentation and covers assessments. | ||
