Objectives of the Course
The main aim of this course is to teach Turkish language teacher candidates, the meaning of learning and teaching Turkish; The aim and basic principles of teaching Turkish; History of Turkish teaching; reflections of learning and teaching approaches on Turkish teaching; Basic skills in teaching Turkish; in-class application examples; Current trends and problems in Turkish teaching; components of an effective Turkish teaching; A social, cultural and economic perspective on teaching Turkish.
