Objectives of the Course
It is to guide students to be a good employee of the profession by analyzing the situations encountered within the framework of moral and ethical rules, both in their personal decisions.

Course Contents
Basic concepts and theories of morality and ethics; ethical principle, ethical rule, business and professional ethics / ethics; teaching profession with its social, cultural, moral and ethical aspects; ethical principles in education, training, learning and evaluation process of the right to education and learning; ethical principles in dealing with education stakeholders (employers / managers, colleagues, parents, professional organizations and society); moral / ethical responsibilities of education / school administrators, parents and students; unethical behaviors in business and professional life; In Turkey, public administration, ethics and regulations regarding teacher training; unethical behaviors in school and education, ethical dilemmas, problems and solutions; moral / ethical education and ethics committees at school; principal and teacher as a moral / ethical leader.
