Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills about the basic methods used in ligand and complex synthesis in the field of inorganic chemistry and the synthesis and characterization methods of some commonly used ligands and their complexes. |

Within the scope of the course, information about the definition and types of ligand and coordination compounds, monodentate and polydentate ligand types and synthesis methods, the chelate effect, organometallic compounds, complex synthesis mechanisms, factors affecting complex synthesis, purification and characterization of coordination compounds, organometallic ligands, and organometallic reaction types is given. | ||
