Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to communicate in basic Japanese about personal information and to be able to understand and use daily conversational expressions.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can understand and speak sentences containing present, past and future tense. PO-4 Demonstrate reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in a second language at least at the level of B1 of European Language Portfolio.
PO-5 Communicate effectively verbal, non-verbal and in written way and demonstrate effective presentation skills.
PO-17 Recognize and understand different cultures and communicate with them.
Examination
LO-2 Can create and answer question sentences containing basic prepositions and conjunctions. Can create offer sentences. PO-4 Demonstrate reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in a second language at least at the level of B1 of European Language Portfolio.
PO-5 Communicate effectively verbal, non-verbal and in written way and demonstrate effective presentation skills.
PO-7 Apply knowledge to the solution of familiar and unfamiliar problems.
Examination
LO-3 Can create sentence structures with adjectives and adverbs. PO-4 Demonstrate reading, listening, speaking and writing skills in a second language at least at the level of B1 of European Language Portfolio.

Course Contents
It includes building past tense sentences, learning adjectives and adverbs. It also includes expressing sentences with or without the ability by adding new ones to the verbs learned.
