Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to provide information about the historical development of 20th century music within the process of cultural evolution, to learn about the development of polyphonic music in Turkey, and to provide information and skills about the life of the Turkish Five, their music and their contributions to Western music. |

Course Contents | ||
This course covers sections from the lives of contemporary period and composers, presentation of examples of compositions with projection, providing both visual and auditory acquisition, listening to how the composers and their lives progressed with Western Music and their search for new music by including 20th century music, the lives of the Turkish Five and Turkish Composers and their blending with Western Music, listening to their music with projection. | ||
