Course Contents |
This course covers the definition and importance of technical and tactical concepts in sports, and the scientific basis of training in these areas. It focuses on the analysis and teaching of technical skills specific to the sport branch, and the development of tactical thinking and decision-making processes. It also includes training planning suitable for different age groups, tools and methods used in technical and tactical training, match analysis and feedback processes, and the physiological and psychological dimensions of these studies. |
