Objectives of the Course
**Course Objective:** The aim of this course is to enable students to manage their career planning process consciously, help them discover their personal competencies, and support them in setting their career goals. The course focuses on topics such as career selection, career paths, employer expectations, resume writing, interview techniques, and personal development. Students will learn to analyze their interests and abilities to make informed career decisions and develop the necessary strategies for success in the professional world.

Course Contents
**Course Content: Career Planning** This course covers comprehensive topics to help students manage their career planning process consciously. It begins with an introduction to the concept of a career, planning stages, and setting individual goals. Students will then engage in self-assessment by analyzing their interests, skills, and values, identifying their strengths and weaknesses through various evaluation methods. The course also explores career choices by providing insights into different industries, career paths, and future job trends to enhance students' awareness of the professional world. In the education and development phase, topics such as lifelong learning, skill enhancement, and certification programs will be discussed. The job search process will focus on effective résumé and cover letter writing, professional networking, and utilizing digital platforms efficiently. Interview techniques will include interview preparation, effective communication, body language, and strategies for answering common interview questions. To strengthen students' professional identity, the course will cover work ethics, corporate culture, and effective workplace communication. In addition, entrepreneurial and alternative career options will be explored, including starting a business, freelancing, and remote work models. Finally, career management and long-term career strategies will be addressed to help students plan their career goals in a sustainable way.
