Solid waste landfill management: management functions, personnel relations, the relations with local public institutions, landfill facility management: financial resources, process control, system management, maintenance management system, laboratory management, facility records and reports, record types, physical records, yield related records, maintenance records, process instrumentation and automatic control, facility maintenance program, information about equipment, solid waste, landfill and phases of leachate and gas control, sampling, data collection and analysis plan, the detection of defects and operational problems. | ||
