Nevşehir University Health Services Vocational School was opened in 1992-1993 academic year, affiliated to Erciyes University, in our province. Existing students were transferred to Erciyes University Halil Bayraktar Health Services Vocational School by not accepting students in the 1993-1994 academic year. Our school, which did not accept students in the following years, was affiliated to Nevşehir University with the establishment of Nevşehir University in 2007, and Nevşehir University Hacı Bektaş Veli University Health Services Vocational School Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program started its education at the associate degree level in the 2011-2012 academic year. In order to obtain an associate degree in the Medical Documentation and Secretariat program, students must successfully complete all of the compulsory and elective courses (equivalent to a total of 120 ECTS) required in the program and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00. |

Each student must attend at least 70% of the lessons and at least 80% of the practices in order to register for the courses at the beginning of the term and to enter the final exam. Students are subjected to at least one midterm and final exam for each course. The contribution of the midterm exam (scores obtained from measurement tools such as homework, laboratory exam, quiz, etc. as midterm grade can also be taken into consideration) to the success grade is 40%, and the contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. There is a requirement to get at least 45 points from the final exam. Students who get one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) from a course are considered successful in that course. (DC) and (DD) grades are conditionally successful grades. A student must have a CGPA of at least 2.0 in order to be successful in a course in which he / she received DC or DD grade. |
In order to successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all of the courses available in the program (equivalent to 120 ECTS) and to achieve a weighted grade average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00. Again, in order for the candidates to graduate from the program, they must successfully complete a total of 30 working days of summer internship (30 working days). |
